General Terms

1. Only players who have verified their email addresses  are able to claim any Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback or promotions offered at FortuneJack.

2. It is only possible to claim one deposit bonus per account/household/IP address/person. In case of multi accounting, we reserve the right to cancel the deposit bonus credited to the user accounts. Deposit bonus shall be credited in the same currency as your deposit amount. Any bonus other than the deposit bonus shall be used in crypto or fiat currency, as chosen by the user. Every single bonus terms may differ for different currencies. Bonus may be declared only in one currency, consequently the bets and deposits, which are not made in the declared currency, shall not be taken into account.

3. In order to claim a bonus, the minimum permitted deposit is 0.002 BTC (or its equivalent in any currency, FotuneJack accepts), unless otherwise stated in the bonus’ terms and conditions.

4. To claim a bonus, it must first be activated BEFORE the applicable deposit is placed. To do so, click on “Account” and then “Bonus", then clicking the “Activate” button next to the Bonus. Alternatively, click the “I Have the Bonus Code” button, and then enter the code (again, before you deposit.)

5. Each promotion will have its own maximum bonus amount, stated in the terms and conditions.

6. Any bonus will be credited to a player’s bonus balance, and it will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the site, which includes bonuses terms and wagering requirements.

7. To play with bonus balance Player should change balance in to bonus funds from balances or bonus page.

8. Player can not start playing with bonus balance unless every real money balance is lower Than 1 USD equivalent.

9. Player cannot play with the bonus funds until placed bets are still pending, even if the sports bet placed, and the bonus funds are in different currencies.

10. Unless otherwise stated in a bonus’ terms and conditions, the rollover requirement for the bonus will be 30x. Bonus funds can’t be withdrawn until this rollover requirement has been met.

11. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a wagering bonus is five times (5x) the initial bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

12. Different games have different contributions towards the rollover requirement, and they are as follows: Slots – 100%. Contributions differ for various games and are indicated in the respective game bonus terms and conditions.

13. Slot games excluded from the rollover requirement of a bonus.

14. Other Games may be excluded from time to time.

15. Only bets made using bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirement, and you will begin using your bonus money once you have used all personal funds. Free Play games (“not for realmoney”) do not count towards the wagering requirement.

16. The most you can bet when you have a pending or active bonus is 10 USD (or its equivalent in any currency, FotuneJack accepts). Failure to adhere to these betting rules means that a bonus could be forfeited.

17. Only fully settled bets contribute towards the wagering requirement. 

18. Requesting a withdrawal of funds before wagering requirements have been met will lead to bonus money being forfeited and all funds won using the bonus money being lost.

19. Players are only allowed to have one active bonus at one time. Should you wish to activate a new bonus, but already have an existing active bonus, the existing bonus funds will be forfeited, as will any funds won using this bonus money.

20. All bonuses and promotions have an expiration time of 7 days, unless otherwise stated in the bonus’ individual terms and conditions. When a bonus expires, all bonus money, as well as money won using the bonus, will be forfeited.

21. After a bonus has been wagered, forfeited or lost, free spins or bonus rounds associated with that bonus should not be used.

22. Bonus funds and free spins do not qualify for jackpot bonuses, in alignment with the rules laid down by the software providers. Jackpot bonuses can only be won using actual funds.

23. Gamble and Double Up features do not count towards the rollover requirements of any bonus. Free spins and bonus rounds also don’t count towards the rollover requirements.

24. When playing parallel sessions only bets placed on first session opened will count towards wagering requirements of any bonus.

25. Players will be informed when any material changes are made to the terms and conditions. FortuneJack reserves the right to make any non-material changes to the terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notice.

26. All bonuses offered by FortuneJack are intended to be used by recreational players, and bonus abuse will not be accepted in any form. Should bonus abuse be suspected, FortuneJack reserves the right to investigate, suspend or cancel any account. FortuneJack also reserves the right to cancel an individual’s bonus and bonus funds.

27. Fortunejack reserves the right to withhold payments to those using disposable email addresses.

28. Fortunejack reserves the right to withhold payments to those using one-time mobile numbers.

29. Should we believe a player is abusing a bonus or promotion, we reserve the right to exclude those players from all bonuses and promotions at the site, for an indefinite period of time.

30. Should we suspect a player has committed bonus abuse, we reserve the right to forfeit the bonus and confiscate funds won using the bonus.

31. When any disputes arise, the decision of FortuneJack management will be final.

32. Any FortuneJack player agrees to take part in publicity should they win an amount that FortuneJack management deems worthy of publicizing. All personal data is strongly protected, however FortuneJack reserves the right to use a player’s nickname, first names and the initial of their last name in any promotions.

33. The terms and conditions published on this website are in English, and these English-language terms and conditions are the only terms and conditions officially recognized by FortuneJack. Any translations are made in good faith, however, should the English version and a translation differ, the English terms and conditions will take priority.

34. Any active reward will be cancelled by withdrawal request.

Free Spins/ Free Rounds

1. A free spins promotion can only be claimed once by a single person/account/IP address/household. In case of multi accounting, we reserve the right to cancel the free spins credited to the your accounts.

2. The number of free spins you will receive will be clearly stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.

3. Any money won using free spins will be credited to the bonus funds account, and will then be subject to FortuneJack's standard terms and conditions, as well as rollover requirements and bonus terms, unless otherwise stated in the separate bonus terms and conditions of the particular game.

4. The rollover requirement for free spins is 30x the amount won using them unless expressly stated in the individual bonus’ terms and conditions.

5. Only bets made using bonus money will count towards the wagering requirement. Bonus money starts to be used when the original deposit has been completely used. Playing for free does not count towards the wagering requirement.

6. Any money won using free spins is considered to be bonus money. It will only be converted to real money once the wagering requirements are met, unless otherwise stated in the separate bonus terms and conditions of the particular game.

7. Money in the main account will always be used before any money held in the bonus account.

8. When a bonus is pending or in the process of being turned over, the maximum bet amount allowed is 10 USD (or its equivalent in any currency, FotuneJack accepts). Any player exceeding this bet amount risks having their winnings forfeited.

9. You must activate your Free Spins within seven (7) days of them being credited to your account, unless otherwise stated. Free Spins that haven’t been used within this time frame will be removed from your account.

10. Once Free Spins have been activated, you will have to choose the game, after choosing the game you have to play all spins there. Game can not be changed after it is choosen.

11. Once Free Spins have been activated, you will have one day (24 hours) to use them.

12. Free Spins gained from a no-deposit bonus will expire after one day unless otherwise stated.

13. Free Spins can only be used on a specific game or games, and they can’t be transferred.

No Deposit Bonuses

1.  Only players who have verified their email addresses  are able to claim any no deposit bonuses offered at FortuneJack.

2. No deposit bonuses do not require a deposit and are offered during specific promotions.

3. The maximum winning amount that will be paid out resulting from a no deposit is 5 mBTC, unless otherwise stated. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited.

4. No deposit bonuses have an expiration of 7 days(unless otherwise stated in specific promotions) – any funds not wagered within this time will be forfeited.

5. The bonus, as well as any money won from free spins, will be credited to the bonus balance. This money is subject to FortuneJack’s standard terms and conditions, including bonus terms and rollover requirements.

6. Before the bonus money is converted into money that can be withdrawn, No Deposit Bonus Money as well as Winnings earned via No Deposit Free Spins  must be turned over 30x.

7. Maximum bet when a bonus is pending or actively being turned over is 10 USD(or its equivalent in other currencies) per bet. Failure to follow this condition may result in forfeiting any winnings.

8. Funds found in a player’s main account will always be used before any bonus money.

9. After completing wagering requirements for no deposit bonus, the funds will be pending until you have deposited at least 1x amount you have won (or its equivalent in other currencies) 7 days from completing wagering requirements. The required minimum deposit amount may vary according to the bonus type.

10. No winnings earned via Free Spins can be withdrawn or transferred until all the relevant wagering requirements have been reached.

Deposit/Bet Cashback

1. Deposit/bet Cashback is credited after 1 hour from countdown is finished, directly to Player’s main wallet and DOES NOT have wagering requirements.

2. The minimum Cashback amount that can be claimed 1 USD. There is no Maximum limit.

3. Deposit (if required) Must be made in a timeframe of 1 days after Bonus Activation in order to receive the cashback.

4. Only bets that have “not pending” status at the end of the cashback period are included.

5. Cashback bonuses are calculated only in one currency.

6. Currency in Cashback bonuses that require deposit will be determined by first allegeable deposit.

Free Bet

1. Free Bets are credited only in BTC.

2. After activating Free Bet bonus, player will receive Free Bet in sportsbook and should choose to use it. 

3. Winnings from wagers placed using a free bet are calculated as the 'total returns less the amount staked (including the amount of the free bet staked).

4. The value of your free bet is therefore not included in, nor cannot be withdrawn as part of any winnings you make from a free bets.

5. Freebets are cumulative and cannot be placed separately.

6. Free Bet win will be credited on players main balance and WILL NOT have wagering requirements.

Currency Rule

How It Works (Simple Example)

How Bonus Balance Works

·       Your real balance is always used first.

Wagering Requirement

Expiry

Miscellaneous and other significant terms

1.If any term of the offer or promotion is breached — or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers that’s due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets, risk-free bets, or any other promotional offer that results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome — FortuneJack reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds or void the free and risk- free bets.

2. This promotion is intended for recreational players, and FortuneJack may, at its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of the promotion.

3. FortuneJack reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at our discretion.

4. Membership to the VIP Scheme is at the sole discretion of FortuneJack. At any time, we reserve the right to either refuse or revoke your membership.

5. Only the individual named in the account is eligible to receive the relevant rewards and benefits of the Loyal Players Club. There can be no transfer of any aspect of the Loyal Players Club between different players and accounts.

6. All bonuses claimed as part of this promotion are valid for a period of 10 days. Any unused or unredeemed bonuses will be removed after 10 days, along with any winnings attributable to them.
