Jack’s Loyalty Club is our rewards program where you earn Jack Points (JP) for every real-money bet you place.

The more you play, the higher your level - and the better your rewards.

You’re automatically enrolled when you create an account. To start earning rewards  place real-money bets.

You earn Jack Points (JP) based on the amount you wager and the game’s contribution rate.

For every $1 (or equivalent in other currencies) wagered : JP earned = 1 JP × Game Contribution %

Only real-money bets count toward earning JP.

• Crash – 25%
• All other games – 25%

Examples -

If you bet $1, you will earn:

• Slots (100%) → 1 JP
• Sports (50%) → 0.5 JP
• Live Casino (25%) → 0.25 JP

You level up by earning more JP. Your total lifetime JP determines your Loyalty Level. There are 20 levels, from Bronze to Legend.

Monthly Cashback gives you a percentage of your net losses from the previous month. It becomes available on the 1st of each month.

Cashback ranges from:

2% (Bronze 1)
up to
15% (Legend)

Higher level = higher cashback.

·       Cashback becomes available on the 1st.

·       You must press “Claim.”

·       You have 10 days to claim it.

·       If not claimed within 10 days, it expires.

Rakeback is a real-money reward calculated daily based on your eligible gameplay activity. It is credited directly to your real balance.

It is available starting from Silver 1 (Level 4) and applies only to real-money bets. All eligible bets are included in the calculation.

Rakeback is calculated daily at 00:05 UTC using the following formula:

Rakeback = Real Money Bets × Your Level % × Game Category %

The higher your Loyalty Level, the higher your rakeback percentage.

You must manually press “Claim” to receive your rakeback. Once claimed, it is credited to your real balance. Rakeback must be claimed within 24 hours. Any unclaimed amount is automatically cancelled at 00:00 UTC, and a new amount is calculated for the next day.

Rakeback is always paid in the currency of your last bet placed, has no wagering requirements.

The Weekly Reload Bonus is a deposit match bonus available every Monday for players from Silver 1 and above.

1.     Activate the bonus.

2.     Make a deposit.

3.     Your first deposit after activation receives a percentage match based on your level - It is applied to your bonus balance.

Reload ranges from:
